Deborah McHale

Deborah McHale works primarily in our Toms River office, but you may see her at our other two locations.

Debbie started as a nurses aid at Community Medical Center in 1987 while attending nursing school. After graduating nursing school she worked at Community Medical Center for about 1 year as a nurse on a surgical floor.

In 1990 Debbie started working at Kimball Medical Center on a cardiac floor& worked there for 18 years. While working at KMC Debbie got married, purchased a house & had twin boys. Debbie took some time off from nursing while her boys attended high school. Debbie started working for Urgent Care Now in the fall of 2015. Debbie is continuing her nursing education.Debbie enjoys spending time with family & going on vacation to other states.

Erin Schrader, LPN

We at Urgent Care Now would like to introduce a new concept to all our valued patient’s and Facebook followers. We have created the “Staff Spotlight”. Our goal is to introduce you to one of our team members each month so you may get to know a little about the person who may have the pleasure of assisting you in one of our locations.

Let us introduce to you, Erin Schrader, LPN who is our Nursing Manager. Erin has been with the organization since its inception in September 2005. She started working at the front desk while in school and transitioned into a nursing role in Fall 2007 when she received her nursing license. Erin took on her current position of Nurse Manager in February of 2013. She is a founding member of the Urgent Care Now Bike Team in 2014 which participates in cycling fundraisers throughout the area. Erin is married and has one child. She enjoys biking and being outdoors with her family. Most recently she has participated in Irish Pub Children’s Foundation 65 mile bike ride and the MS Society’s City to Shore Ride.


Our next installment of our Staff Spotlight segment features one of our full time X-Ray technicians, Stephen Gallagher, R.T.
Steve works primarily at our Toms River location but you may see him at one of our other locations. Steve is married with two children. He graduated from Brookdale Community College with a degree in Diagnostic Radiography in 2011. Prior to working for Urgent Care Now, Steve previously worked at an orthopedic office for 4 years and as a per diem tech at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Steve began working for Urgent Care Now in Fall of 2015. Most importantly, Steve enjoys spending free time with his family at amusement parks, the beach and vacation destinations.
